A group of Bachelor students of the International Human Resources Management and Leadership business concentration under the direction of MBS Professor Dr. Arnd Albrecht visited the research center for AI and Robotics of automotive supplier Continental in Regensburg.
The students presented the future-oriented concepts for Work 4.0, highlighted systemically derived technologies and concrete application areas, and discussed their results with company representatives from various departments. The feedback from Continental was uniformly positive. As a senior manager summed it up, “The topics that the students presented to us during the very good presentation were very interesting and gave us important impulses.”
It was emphasized that in addition to their excellent presentation skills, the students also discussed eloquently with expert knowledge and in astonishing depth. Gratitude was also extended to the MBS in general, and the professors who developed and trained the students in this way. Eventually, the students were motivated to apply for internships and entry jobs – not only in Regensburg. Through the project work, they are no longer unknowns to the company…
