At Munich Business School, we take pride in the diverse paths our alumni choose. While many pursue corporate careers, others, like Rachel Chang, dedicate themselves to shaping the future in academia.
Rachel, who graduated with a Master International Business in 2007, has recently embraced an exciting role as a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of Latin America’s top universities and a long-term partner school of Munich Business School. With expertise in Project Management, virtual teams, and career counseling, Rachel also teaches as a guest professor at FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração) in São Paulo, Brazil, Poli-USP (Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo), and ESAN Perú (another MBS partner school)
Her commitment to empowering individuals through education and mentoring aligns closely with our values at Munich Business School: innovation, responsibility, and a global perspective.
Rachel’s story reminds us of the strong connections we build and the diverse ways education can transform lives.
