On a regular basis, a representative of the United States Consulate General in Munich visits MBS to provide the German and international students with first-hand insights into the daily work of the diplomatic representation and discuss US-related economic as well as political topics.
This time, the Consulate General was represented by Scott E. Woodard, Consul for Political and Economic Affairs. During his presentation, Mr. Woodard covered several up-to-date topics such as the current political situation in his home country and the economic as well as strategic dimensions of trade agreements, specifically addressing TTIP and TTP. Afterwards, the students were given the opportunity to ask specific questions during a Q&A session.
