In their HRM and Leadership course in the 6th semester supervised by Prof. Arnd Albrecht, the MBS Bachelor International Business students are developing the 2030 organization using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. According to LEGO, the “methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, (it) deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue.”
