Büffel Bill, a start-up co-founded by MBS Bachelor International Business alumni Bastian Nagel and Manuel Ruess, is a provider for buffalo specialties such as buffalo meat and mozzarella. Now, the Büffel Bill mozzarella was the winner of a buffalo mozzarella product test conducted by Munich newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, scoring 9 of 10 points. According to the expert tester, the Büffel Bill mozzarella “is just how a buffalo mozzarella has to be”.
