MBS Professor Dr. Todd Davey has recently been appointed as member of the Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU).
The ACEEU is a newly formed council dedicated to recognizing and promoting entrepreneurial and engaged universities. Initiated by the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN), ACEEU is driven by an international group of experts in engagement and entrepreneurship.
Fittingly, Dr. Davey has lately published a couple of interesting articles on the topic of entrepreneurship/ entrepreneurship in the academic environment:
- Universities taking a seat at the innovation table, on University World News
- The potential for university driven entrepreneurial ecosystems, on the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Research Network blog
- The importance of an entrepreneurial ecosystem for creating systemic entrepreneurship lessons from the amazon rainforests and silicon valley, ibid.
- Developing university-business cooperation: Is more funding the answer, on the University-Industry Innovation Network blog
