MBS Master International Business students Victoria Erdbrügger, Lukas Kloepfer, and Nikolas Rauschl in cooperation with MBS Professor Dr. Gottfried J. Schäffner, have published a working paper focusing on the concept of agility in the banking industry.
In the paper, they investigate how traditional banking companies might leverage agile methods such as lean management, scrum, and design thinking to remodel their business models in order to keep up with upcoming industry trends.
