MBS Professor Dr. Christian Schmidkonz, a distinguished expert for China and business in Asia topics, held the keynote at the Bavarian-Chinese Spring Festival in Munich last week. The event was organized by Chinaforum Bayern, an organization dedicated to foster the economic as well as political relationship between Bavaria and China.
In his keynote “Fortune Cookies Compared – Happiness in Bavaria and China”, Prof. Dr. Schmidkonz dealt with the differences of happiness perception in both regions, and outlined how companies might make use of these insights to improve the handling of their employees.
