As part of a lecture series of the RTC (Round Table of German Coaching Associations), MBS Professor Dr. Arnd Albrecht gave a lecture on “The Next Generation”.
During the generation-Y-appropriate lecture both in terms of its virtual nature and in its speed, Dr. Albrecht focused on the implementation of leadership, motivation, and integration of a very heterogeneous (German) generation mix – comprised of generations X, Y, Z, and Alpha – in professional life. The discussion of the trans-generational challenges and the use or combination of robots marked the end of the lecture.
In a parallel live chat, Dr. Albrecht received much approval for the stereotyping, critical reflection, and scientific contributions of his lecture.
