At the invitation of MBS lecturer Dr. Sophie Hieke, Dr. Verena Grundke, Director CRM at Telefònica, visited Munich Business School to share her insights on “Customer Relationship at Telefònica” with the MBS Bachelor, Master, and MBA students.
After quickly introducing herself and the company Telefónica, Verena Grundke focused on the responsibilites of the Customer Base Management, and how they impact the business. Based on three real-life examples, she highlighted aspects such as what challenges have to be faced, what necessary steps need to be undertaken, and how the methodology involves to a high degree data and tests.
The guest lecture finished with a Q&A round, enabling the students to gather additional insights on the topic of Customer Relationship Management.
