Last week, Professor Christian Schmidkonz represented Munich Business School at CZEDUCON 2024, the flagship conference on internationalizing higher education organized by the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research.
Held in Prague, the event united global educators, university staff and thought leaders to explore – among others – inclusive, innovative teaching practices.
Professor Schmidkonz’s session, “Success Factor Happiness: A Model Course for Student Well-Being”, showcased over a decade of teaching insights at MBS. The course emphasizes subjective well-being and mental health, equipping students with tools for success in life and work. Attendees experienced firsthand how this unique approach inspires personal and professional growth, sparking rich discussions on integrating well-being into education.
Conferences like CZEDUCON underscore the importance of shared learning and inspire us to keep innovating. Thank you, Professor Schmidkonz, for embodying MBS’s spirit and demonstrating how education can make a lasting impact.
