Empowering Future Competencies Through Entrepreneurship

In a recent publication by Munich Business School core faculty members Kraft, Patricia, Seif, Heiko, and adjunct faculty member Wolf, Barbara explore how entrepreneurial teaching methods can foster essential competencies for the future.

Their study, Teaching Future Competencies Through Entrepreneurship: An Educator’s Reflection and Learners’ Perspectives, investigates the Teaching through Entrepreneurship (TtE) approach, demonstrating its effectiveness in developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability among students—regardless of their field of study.

The research also emphasizes the educator’s role in shaping the learning journey and examines the Locus of Control (LoC) theory as a key factor in student engagement and success. By integrating entrepreneurship into diverse curricula, the study provides valuable insights for modern education, particularly in fields undergoing rapid transformation.
