Entrepreneurship for Empowerment: Reflecting on the Final Meeting of Project EASE

As we step into the new year, we reflect on the final meeting of Project EASE (https://www.easeproject.eu/), an initiative that has been both inspiring and impactful. Supported by Erasmus+, this project focused on equipping survivors of domestic violence with entrepreneurial skills, helping them rebuild their professional and personal lives.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Kraft, Patricia and Prof. Dr. Scheck, Barbara from Munich Business School, EASE has provided training to 43 women in France, Bulgaria, and Czechia. With over 185 hours of education delivered, the project developed a methodology designed to empower participants while being adaptable to different cultural contexts.

This effort wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration of our valued partners: IPAG Business School, University of New York in Prague, ThinkYoung, Led By HER, and the Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation.

At Munich Business School, we are proud to be part of initiatives that create lasting positive change. As we close this chapter, we look forward to seeing how the outcomes of EASE will continue to shape lives and communities across Europe.
