JETZT BEWERBEN!Munich Business School’s consecutive master’s program in International Business is taught in English and offers you the chance to fast-track your studies and gain a master’s degree in just 18 months. If you choose the International Entrepreneurship concentration, your studies will focus on the topic of founding a business. Starting with the initial idea, it will explore how to develop a business model, discuss the perfect pitch and how to find investors, and examine how exactly to found and lead a new company.
You will spend the first two semesters of the International Entrepreneurship course on the MBS campus in Munich. This will include engaging, seminar-like lectures, as well as creative workshops with a high proportion of group work and entrepreneurship-focused case studies, all specifically designed to help you get to grips with the process of founding a company. Business projects will also provide opportunities for you to apply the methods you learn in practical projects with a real-life company. You will spend the third semester of the International Business program abroad at one of Munich Business School’s 60 partner universities. This will enable you to acquire international experiences and make contacts around the world. After that, you will write your master’s thesis.

Academic requirements
You must hold a bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS or over) to enroll on the master’s program in International Business. Applicants with a degree in a business-related subject can start the course directly; applicants without a business degree can qualify for the program by first completing a Pre-Master’s course. We would be happy to review your documents before you apply. Please contact the MBS student advisors for support.

Test results can only be accepted if achieved within the last two years. If you are unable to obtain your test results before handing in your MBS application, please inform us about your planned test date.

The International Entrepreneurship concentration on the International Business master’s program opens the door to a varied and fulfilling career. We will convey the knowledge and skills you need to feel at home in the world of entrepreneurship.
As the founder of your own company, you will be the driving force behind its commercial success. You will be responsible for developing the company’s vision and strategy, building your team, securing financing and leading your business. Following your time studying at MBS, you will have comprehensive skills and experience to help you make a successful start to your career as an entrepreneur.
In your role as a manager at a start-up, your duties will include leading and motivating a team, keeping an overview of the company’s progress and making sure the company takes the necessary steps to achieve its goals. Managers in start-ups must be creative and play their part in driving the company forward.
The knowledge you gain during your studies will prepare you to take on the role of managing director of a company. You would be responsible for the company’s general management and administration. This includes making strategic decisions, monitoring company finances and making sure that operations run smoothly.
