Dr. Dominik Doll studied business administration with a focus on controlling, financial and capital market management, automotive engineering and factory planning at the Technical University of Munich and the National University of Singapore. After completing his doctorate at TUM and the University of Nottingham in the research field of behavioral economics, he worked for the management consultancy Roland Berger as a senior project manager in the area of restructuring, performance improvement and transformation. Since 2023, Dr. Dominik Doll is Managing Partner Consulting at the private equity firm Arcaris.
At Munich Business School, Dr. Dominik Doll teaches the subject "Negotiation Strategies". In addition to project-related negotiation support in the context of transformation programs, he was a lecturer at TUM, where he received the "Ernst-Otto-Fischer-Lehrpreis" in 2012 for the course "Negotiation Strategies" and was an honorary lecturer for negotiation management at TH Nuremberg from 2014 to 2022.
