Dr. Stephanie Rehbock

Dr. Stephanie Rehbock holds a doctorate in organizational psychology, is a leadership coach and management consultant. She has been teaching Responsible Leadership at Munich Business School since 2023. Her research, teaching and consulting focus is on change management and leadership development (e.g. Leading self, others, and organizations, Leading in the digital age, Leading international teams).
Since 2021, Dr. Stephanie Rehbock has been a Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy & Consulting and, as a consultant, supports clients of leading international companies in their digital transformation, particularly in the HR and sales departments. She manages Accenture's Talent & Organization Change Management Practice in the DACH region and actively contributes to the recruitment of new talent and the further development of employees and teams.
Dr. Stephanie Rehbock studied Communication Science and Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich and Sciences Po, Paris. She started her professional career in corporate development at Siemens AG (focus on leadership development) and subsequently worked for several years as a change management consultant at Accenture, including at the Shanghai, China location. In 2016, she moved into the academic environment and worked for several years as a researcher and lecturer at the TUM School of Management (TU Munich) and the Amsterdam Business School.
